Benefits are awesome. The HR team is so good, they constantly are putting together new perks. Free healthcare, wellness, WFH, Uber Eats and hobby stipends, half-off Fridays, unlimited PTO, etc. SDR pay is probably high-end, at least for the Atlanta market. Made good money pre-COVID (base - 50k, made 20k in commission.)
Cons are probably similar to most high-growth startups. Impossible quotas and shifting of goalposts , unfair territories, constant churning stymying real progress towards GTM goals, internal politics, lack of transparency, lack of diversity, extremely competitive market, etc, etc. I'd say what makes this market particularly difficult, is that ABM tech in general is a "want to have" than "need to have" product. The fact our team barely uses our own product internally, probably says a lot. Despite it all, I was still fairly shocked by the company’s response to COVID. Laid off about 20% of the company one day back in April. Didn't communicate cuts across departments, to the point that teams didn't know who all might be taking over responsibilities for various duties. Only to hire for all those exact positions less than 6 months later. If you're looking for a martech company in the Atlanta or Indy area, Terminus isn't a bad choice. Just buckle yourself in for the ride.
