Great culture and amazing coworkers. Of course you’ll run into a few that aren’t great. Those are the ones usually brought in directly by the Manager to be hired on their team. Remote friendly. Some departments pay market value salaries
No upward mobility and growth. Same select few are the ones who always get promoted and skip the other. Management is all white men. Some departments don’t pay market value and they’re wondering why we’re losing people. Why offer someone a raise when they’re trying to leave? If they deserve it give it to them before they decide to go.
