ProsMany options for remote/telecommute work so very good work-life balance. Decent PTO grants based on salary grade and YOE.
ConsHorrendous pay. No look back on UHC ESPP (UHG/UHC is the parent company.) Entry level roles request way too much for the pay. Insurance plans that are offered are expensive and of poor quality.
