“Ehh ”
ProsThey are very remote friendly, some of the managers are really nice and supportive. Stephanie is great but shes just a training manager but shes by far the most supportive and genuine of all the managers I’ve interacted with. They send you gifts on holidays which is really sweet, work culture can be really good but there are people there that make you feel like you shouldn’t ever try to talk to them too. So its mixed.
ConsThe pay is okay however getting a raise is harder, they’ve introduced tiers where you can cross train in another department and get an increase but I haven’t seen an increase in my pay. They take out $300 biweekly for “employer contribution” to your health plan so you really don’t see alot of the money you make. You only work 7.25 hrs a day because they do not pay for your 15’s ( like most work places do) so your 2 15 mins breaks are unpaid with your meal and its pre calculated in the clocking system for u to take it so you cannot opt out. So you could work overtime and still only make $200 more than usual, meaning you can slave yourself and never really see the money.
The way the system is set up you have to send things to other departments for follow up and it causes alot of delay to get to a supervisor or anyone which causes the members to be upset. Theyre triaging/escalation system sucks and it ends up w you being the one yelled at by the members.
Every department using different system for notations which can cause confusion, someone may call a member from another department but theres no notes or atleast none in the system you have access to so you have no clue why the person called. This makes the workers look incompetent
Time off isn’t all that great, no mental health benefits really besides a zoom call weekly with a social worker. Not really any perks or good benefits and as mentioned earlier medical is super expensive.
I don’t think it’s worth the pay tbh or the hassle it can be very draining and mundane. If you’re dealing with alot in your personal life this just isn’t worth it.
“Exactly what you'd expect”
