- vote VideoAmp vs LendingClub Had offers from both of these companies, confused as to go towards the startup or corporate route. Lending Club offering higher base (>35k) but VideoAmp offering standard equity perks(1 cliff 4vest). Any guidance/comments about the situation
- Videoamp - IPO Videoamp seems to claim that they are gonna go IPO by first quarter of next year. What do you guys think about the claim? PS - I received an offer recently, wondering if it makes sense for me to accept it if they may not go IPO by next year as they claim

- List of gem 💎 companies Not super well known (the likes of FANG) Great WLB (<= 40h, no or low on call). Good culture, no stack ranking, nice people, family friendly. Ok salary, enough to live but not for the TC chasers. I’ve heard good things about Expedia, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc. Can you share your gem company?
