ProsGame-first culture comes from the top down. All about making games fun. Great mix of very experienced and new people. Very little hierarchy and ego.
ConsBiggest downside is that 2K and Take-Two need to have more competitive TC and bring stock into the mix beyond ESPP. Old guard sometimes resistant to change, but that’s also a positive. It makes for good strategy conversations.
