Great company culture, and I think it’s great how they have service projects to help the environment, etc. There is also an emphasis on work/life balance, and people are very professional and kind when speaking to one another.
The pay is so low it’s hard not to feel taken advantage of, and the pay does not match up to what’s expected of you in your role. There is a lack of streamlined workflow processes and management is inclined to think you are the problem and not the processes in place. Depending on your department, this varies though. It can be very chaotic and stressful, which clashes with the company culture, so that is very confusing. I’ve seen people come and go quickly after being hired or only employed there for a year, which is a red flag that something isn’t right internally, yet the focus is that the employee isn’t the right “fit.” It has potential to be a great place, but needs a lot of work to catch each department up to the company culture at large so everyone is on the same page.

You know the ring of its bell, and you’d recognize its logo anywhere. It’s quick, delicious, and easy. But do you know the reasons why Taco Bell is so cheap?
