ProsThere aren’t many pros except that you can essentially be paid for not working. This is a place where you can collect a pay check without doing much work.
ConsManagement does not genuinely believe in the mission. C-suite and managers are fatphobic and makes vile comments about customers.
Managers may bully and target you solely based on the color of your skin.
Reasons for ResignationI left because my manager was personally targeting me. This manager would talk to others colleagues about me, but never had anything to say about my work. Additionally, this manager threatened me and would make me incredibly uncomfortable by asking very personal and intimate questions.
I don’t know where to begin when it comes to my experience at Weight Watchers.
It was genuinely one of the most bizarre experiences and I am still traumatized to this day.
Two other employees were bullied by this manager, but Weight Watchers did nothing. They let a lot of talent go for a talentless manager.
Red Bull says making its RB18 lighter helped it beat Ferrari at Imola, but it feels it still needs a full ‘Weight Watchers’ plan to hit its Formula 1 target.
