Strong central HR, talent, and recruiting departments. Nice London office and superficial perks like free toast on office days and drinks on Thursdays. Certain leaders are very effective and inspiring.
A culture that incentivises being busy on too many projects and initiatives, rather than contributing meaningfully or thinking deeply about anything - reflected in a fundamentally flawed resourcing and staffing model. Project Management / Delivery department only seems to know how to deliver certain (advertising/creative) projects, and become glorified secretaries for any scopes beyond this, slowing down productivity. No bonuses.
