1. salaries are decent to start your career with. 2. If high paced intense work interests you, this is the place for you.
1. No wfh policy, or transportation services for employees. 2. Leaders and management force you to work on weekends and holidays (a lot of times) 3. Leaders promote taking leaves instead of wfh, even for small things that don’t need a full day off. Ex- you’ll have to take a leave instead of wfh if you’ve some plumbing work at home that would need maybe an hour or two. 4. POSH has no value, zeta doesn’t take any actions against the wrong people 5. No guaranteed promotions, managers keep telling you that you’ll get it next semester. 6. If you don’t lick, it won’t take you more than a few months to understand how sick the culture is 7. You have to perform wayyyy out of your job role, to even request for a basic promotion and you’ll hear “you’ve to be outstanding in every aspect of your work for it” 🤮 and then someone way less motivated and average at the job will get it because they’ve learned to lick. And the biggest RED FLAG 8. I personally know at least 10 people who’ve left Zeta without another job in hand. People are so frustrated, that they’d rather not earn anything than work with zeta.
This post will answer the question of which variant of the Maruti Grand Vitara, Delta or Zeta makes more sense for you.
