Decent work-life balance and benefits. Good product, plenty of opportunities still. Lots of talent at the team level. Possible to be very happy depending on team/part of org you're in.
Desires to be "founder-lead" since layoffs, resulting in very small number of people calling the shots on everything. Lots of micro-managing and inability to create an environment of autonomy for teams. Company talks a lot about diversity and inclusion but that is not reflected in the org chart or the product priorities - lots of white dudes continuing to advance. Not much investment in growth of women and other minorities. Lots of re-orgs without any interest in truly understanding root cause of delivery and culture issues. Continuing same disfunctional patterns of asking teams to deliver X by Y date without the teams buy-in.
