Manageable work life balance but lack of clarity on deadlines is atrocious leading to nasty confrontations. Promotions are frequent and Compensation is decent, but comp won’t increase much with promotions.
Teams work in silos, little to no ownership, production code is hacker day quality, leadership does not prioritize technical advancement as the work grows, causing production outages regularly. All work is fairly political, little to no meritocracy. Mentality of “stay in your lane” w/r/t innovation.
