We all know that TC growth is faster when we jump ship than wait for internal promotion or merit increase. I am curious which companies actually rewards tenure by like giving really good refresher or really good TC bump. I heard Bloomberg and Two Sigma gives good merit increases to prevent employe...Read more
Question in title. For example, Microsoft used to follow the bell curve for rewards. But the culture has improved so much since they stopped.
I know United (people working there) provides travel rewards sort of a thing. Is there any other company that provides such a thing? Who can also pay well, I know two birds with a single stone 🙌🏽. A common complaint I see is that MS stock grants are pitiful, for level 59 (SDE I) the max that can be awarded is 6k, and the cap increases with level. Is it the same as other companies?
Looking to join a company where the stock ( and my rewards ) could go 10X. Any recommendations?

Take a bet and tell us why. I want to join a company which is positioned in giving me 5x over next 10 years. Done with all cost cutting in Faangs. I am going to take a risk. Current job is too unstable and risks/rewards ratio just not worth it.
