Interesting product and projects, amazing work life balance, generally good people
Uninspiring leadership, terrible middle management, massive bureaucracy considering company size, CEO is completely unqualified and demotivating, awful product prioritization, rampant technical debt, and no real decision making capability by ICs or line managers. Things used to be better, but culture and company has been on a steady decline.

Website (something like leetcode)? Some reddit sub? Discord channel? Where there’s discussion on x86 architecture, pipelines, caches, coherence, storage driver stacks etc?
I’m a frontend dev with little backend experience, so worried that I’m not ready for the full stack interview. How is the leetcode problem? I can handle mediums, but I have yet to break into hards. And for system design, would just api design + frontend architecture be fine? #reddit

Have onsites planned for Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit, maybe others. I’ve done 100 LC (30/70/10 split), while it seems everyone else is doing 150-200. But I still have to find time to prep for system design, iOS app architecture, and behavioral TC 180k but only because I’m a contractor - 6yoe
