Travel benefits, but the compensation sucks so much that I’m getting ready to leave for a company that pays me more where I’d be able to afford the flight benefits for pay difference.
It’s a dead end for me. This isn’t the right career for someone who wants to thrive and move up in life. The union is weak and in bed with the company, we have a crap contract compared to our competitors. The pay sucks.
