China runs the show now. US management has no real power and is forced to rollover to every crazy new strategy of the week overseas management comes up. Management goals don't stick and are always changing. Late night calls with China team are nearly a nightly occurrence and destroy any chance of a decent work-life balance. Company announcements, meetings, emails and chats are now mostly in Chinese, leaving non Chinese speakers in the dust.
