This company has so much potential. Jobs in this company could be so great. Building a robot from scratch is such an amazing feat.
Unfortunately, lots of people in the wrong positions, lots of overhead and process, and lack of good, qualified leadership make this place a tedious place to work in. However, because of lots of unqualified leadership it doesn’t matter if you work hard or just slack off. You won’t climb the latter unless you kiss butt and land at the right place, right time. But you’ll get good food and a decent paycheck.
Recently saw Zoox published their first an hour fully autonomous driving video, the result is really impressive! Cruise also published this kinds of video before, but it seems like it does not draw lots of attention. Both company focuses on city driving in SF. Which company do you think has better t...Read more

There was news last year that Zoox would start testing in Seattle in 2022 and open a new office in the area? Anyone know if that’s happening soon? Their careers page doesn’t list Seattle at all
Considering an offer from Zoox. Curious where might I be able to negotiate and how much could they potentially move: Base (range was only 10k wide?), Amazon RSUs, ZARs, or, sign-on bonus (only given a lower range on this)? Sounded like Amazon stock is effectively treated as the annual cash bonus wit...Read more
