#offerup hi OfferUp folks - what stock dilusion did you see after the merger? Both companies were previously valued proud of $1B each - although I think this dropped recently. What was the effective dilusion after new valuation?

Have offers from both. Base salary is the same. Amazon however offers sign-on cash + their stock. Offerup being a startup offers options which I don't really know how to value. Amazon is not AWS, if that matters. Both projects seem to be interesting and I liked the people from both teams. Thoughts?
