Significant low pay than average job market. No career growth here for an AVP.
I have an offer from SS London currently waiting for the negotiation call (expected to happen next week). The role is for VP but might get downleveled to AVP. I am currently in NL and don’t have a great idea about London payscales. What’s a good number I can pull off at this role? TC €75K YOE 6
