2020 comp L5 CME: ~380K: 194K base (3.5% increase) / 36K bonus / 150K stock 2021 comp L5 CME: ~350K: 195K base (1% increase) / 36K bonus / 110K stock Performance the same, TC has gone down by over 30K. Is this normal or expected?
