Great work life balance, I work a max of 20 hours a week. Great moonlighting policy.
We don’t hire the best talent. We hire talent that fills our diversity quotas and so you get a lot of people that feel they are being treated unfairly while making 300k+. Takes forever to ship anything. Very hard to get promoted past senior.

For us, it’s Github (Enterprise) contributions. That counts as commits, merge commits, comments on PRs, and approval/rejections of PRs. Not *everything* is based off that number, but it gets reported in annual reviews.
