Long hours, terrible pay especially for the Bay Area, in-office 5 days a week even though job can be done from home, a lot of workplace politics, unqualified people in high positions especially in the production and quality groups, constantly changing product vision and design from execs leading to us grunts having to start from scratch again on already completed tasks
