Great if you’re a Disney Adult or have kids. The silver passes are worth it.
Lack of transparency from leadership. Lots of gaslightin. People are more focused on optics instead of employee capabilities.
With being a part of Disney do Hulu employees get Disney park access and Disney employee discounts?
What's the average compensation for employees at Disney? How much does an average SWE make there? Also, what are benefits like? What kinds of perks do you guys get?

Disney offer P4 SWE 175k base 20% annual bonus 120k/3 years RSU 45% refresh rate. 60k signon. 5YOE Is this a good offer? Which can I push for more? I assume refresh rate is standard. Benefits are ok. Disneyland passes look pretty cool.
Disney+ has bad Wlb and culture. Amazon could be worse, but at least I'll have higher TC and better resume. Benefit is pretty bad at Disney now since free parks is just free COVID risk. How is benefit at Amazon?

It has both the non-profit component and the Disney partnership, so I'm curious what their salaries look like in terms of TC and benefits given the brand size. Any insight? #Disney #Salary #Pay #TC #Benefits #NonProfit #NatGeo #NationalGeographic
Hi folks! I’m gonna be starting a new job in the Seattle office in a few weeks. Just wondering: do they give benefits like ORCA card, gym re-imbursements etc. TC: 305k YOE: 7 #disney
Would love some explanation of why. Appreciate your inputs! With Hulu and Disney merging, Hulu is losing its identity. Plus, TC and benefits is going down as Hulu gets "harmonized" to Disney. I'm open to new options, but if I leave I want it to be for something great at a company that is high-funct...Read more
Hi Hulu friends! Would you mind sharing the benefits you get as Hulu employees? And if they've changed at all after joining Disney?
Does the Disney/Hulu office in Santa Monica have amenities for employees like: gym, cafeteria, daycare, etc. If so, are these free benefits? Discounted for employees? #hulu #disney Current TC 175k

Trying to decide between a number of offers. Can someone please explain, what is up with Disney's LTI. The language on how it works is so vague that it makes me question whether it is a guaranteed benefit or pending approval/annual-review/other. Can one of you Disney prople kindly explain?
How much can I expect to get at Disney streaming services with 6 YOE applying for a senior role. Recruiter told me don’t offer RSU’s but LTIP’s instead, confused on how that’s different. They also mentioned 130-150k base pay for this role but didn’t mentioned how much in bonus or LTIP, is that good?...Read more
