Initial comp was great; refreshes are harder to get and you have no leverage
Very fragmented; too many product areas; lots of bureaucracy.
Keep hearing this term pop up everywhere. Searched online and found that Google started the SRE thing and companies have followed. But only a few compnies seems to be doing it right. So I was wondering how is Google SWE-SRE? Is the position a good role for career growth?
