Remote work. Good work-life balance. Decent benefits. That is the only reason I am still here.
CEO is terrible makes same mistakes over and over again. Revolving door of senior leaders. Failure to find a second act. Current bet product will not succeed due to poor leadership and execution. Headcount freezes and reductions. Layoffs coming. No budget for anything. No opportunities to grow. Stock price plummeting. This is a sinking ship SOS.

It’s been over a year since Dropbox IPO and it’s down over 20%... has there been more churn at Dropbox? Is it a pretty flat business now or do you see great growth opportunities in the future?
Anyone knows what do the employees get after an IPO? I keep hearing the they get rich but how? Do they get more stocks or anything like that?
http://fortune.com/2017/07/02/dropbox-hires-underwriters-ipo/ cashing out at market peak? idea of valuation they're trying to hit? how many employees looking to cash out right away? (when lock up lifts) Congrats to Dropbox employees! edit: no idea why Box is the thumbnail pic.

Did anyone get Dropbox offer recently? I think probably the amount of RSU got smaller?
Ipo market seems decent right now and curious if Dropbox will ipo this year?
Do you think it's a good time to go to Dropbox just to catch the expected IPO in 2017? Recruiters are boasting they are already cash-flow positive

How do Dropbox employees feel about this? Newly minted millionaires?? https://techcrunch.com/2018/03/12/dropbox-ipo-range/
They raised Series C at $10b valuation in 2014. Their first VC backer, Sequoia, did not participate in funding Dripbox after 2011 Series B. Stock reached $40 ATH closing price in June 2018 and is $25 today. How do they retain talent? TC: 📉 (Edit, fixed title typo)

Looking at an IC6 role. Current role isn’t at Dropbox but a Sr Manager of an 8 person team across 5 verticals at a pre IPO. Scope in current role is significantly larger than Meta offer but scale of Meta is significantly larger than current role. Current TC is 260k base and a bunch of monopoly buc...Read more
I have offers from Facebook, Google, Uber, Dropbox, and Amazon. The offers are very comparable, but the Uber one comes with extra equity since they are pre-IPO. I'm more into product rather than infrastructure, and so are the teams I'm being considered for. Opinions?
