Saw that T-Mobile announced and acquisition of Mint mobile for $1.35B. Since Mint operates totally on T-Mobile’s network already as an MVNO I have to ask the question… what is T-Mobile getting for their money here? #telecom

The appeals court rejected that AT&T's acquisition was against antitrust laws. It seems like AT&T and Time Warner's deal is bigger than Sprint and T-mobile, hopefully this is a good precedent.
