I will soon interview with Apple for an ICT4 role. I have a very good domain match with the team. Due to the Meta stock appreciation my compensation is now 525k per year. Apple cannot match this for ICT4. Will Apple upgrade level to ICT5 if I perform very well in interviews?
How common is it to actually get a level upgrade after a great performance during an on-site?

I have attended nearly 10 interviews for the 300k job. I should stop interviewing and focus on upgrading my technical skills. I think I don't have enough tech skills to crack down the 300k position. Self Realization is very important. #tech

In my eyes Meta/Facebook is still great company with high pay and benefit and their interviews are reasonable without crazy LC hard. It’s an upgrade to LinkedIn engineers. It’s such a pity Meta has perm issue! I should be able to file 485 so my next company must be able to file perm.
I had originally applied to AWS Technical Account Manager L5 and gave him a TC range of $180K - $220K. He upgraded me to L6 for the interview process. Is it standard that it will be an upgraded pay band because of this? If I get an offer, I don’t want to get lowballed. I let the recruiter know I w...Read more
