Things have progressively changed for the worse since the company went public, which may explain the difference in reviews from now vs a few years ago: -Secret layoffs you hear about through the rumor mill -Ongoing issues around diversity -Misled by upper management about promotions (where they even admitted fault) and they did nothing to correct this -Have seen raises/promotions/reviews given both positive and negative based on company whims vs employee performance -No ability to grow in position or move up for years (didn’t used to be like this)
