Okay company to work for if you’re high enough on the career ladder and okay with your position. Perks are good if you can take advantage by traveling or being close to the parks.
Toxic culture. Promo process is not fair, favoritism trumps merit. Too many politics. Leadership is nonexistent or a failure in some aspects.
Disney offer P4 SWE 175k base 20% annual bonus 120k/3 years RSU 45% refresh rate. 60k signon. 5YOE Is this a good offer? Which can I push for more? I assume refresh rate is standard. Benefits are ok. Disneyland passes look pretty cool.
