- Good TC for my country - Good health benefits
- Extremely bureaucratic hiring process; - Promotion ladder is very hard to understand and depends on many different evaluations, limiting options; - Little or no support from Indian managers, which makes any simple process a nightmare; - Difficult internal communication; - Strong movement to return to office. It will depend on your luck in getting into a remote client/project or not; - Journey management under laws & regulations of my country can become a headache due to lack of a local management support; - The culture of "Treat each person with respect" only exists in theory. In the project I workon, there is even public exposure of colleagues' mistakes. - The benefit of Udemy Business is not exactly how they sell it. It's not for everyone. You need to request a license, which is limited in number of people, with a plausible justification and you need to obtain authorization from your management, which it most of the time not reachable.
