The people are very experienced and there are a few interesting projects happening.
I have had both good managers and bad ones; te disheartening part is that there is no way we can complain about most bad ones. The hikes and appraisals are peanuts even with a great performance review; almost no career growth.
Does IBM offer yearly salary bumps? I’ve heard people getting 5% or so in product. Is that common/good?

I got an offer from IBM for 34 lpa, bonus excluded(not sure how much bonus they offer) + 3 L joining bonus. I'm currently in Cisco having a 29L fixed+ 2L bonus + ~ 5L RSU / Year. Should I leave Cisco and join IBM? Or just show this offer to Cisco for a raise(got minimal appraisal 3 months back)
