The people are very experienced and there are a few interesting projects happening.
I have had both good managers and bad ones; te disheartening part is that there is no way we can complain about most bad ones. The hikes and appraisals are peanuts even with a great performance review; almost no career growth.
Title says it all What level of questions did you guys get during the technical iterviewing at IBM? Especially if you're interviewing for IBM systems or cloud pak Easy/medium/hard leetcode problems?
I’m just shocked to know that the budget for jumpstart event lunch has been canceled. For anyone who is not familiar with ibm jumpstart event, it is basically an event for all SDE new hires to do a team project in 4 Friday afternoons (hack day). What can we expect in IBM hacker-rank coding interview, any help please?
Seems like IBM is just where obese boomer chuds go for "better work-life balance" (read: can't hack it) and it's career suicide if you're young.
Anyone buying IBM or Intel on today’s dip? Intel went down because it’s website for hacked and they were forced to release 4Q financials earlier than expected. IBM does because of poor earnings.
The ongoing tech purge is well deserved. No one in this forum cares about tech and building stuff. Mostly leetcode monkeys and spoiled tech bros. Pedigree has literally never made any sense in startups and yet people still flex their ex Google status. Google is nothin...Read more

Also can’t find much TC info A lot of the job description points to it being ML work + software...Read more
