Meet the Team
You will be part of a CAD organization working in the intelligent embedded microcontroller and Wi-Fi projects. You will work as part of CAD IP team and will be responsible to developing, deploying, and maintaining CAD IP tool, flow, and methodology to work closely and support digital design and verification teams.
Responsibilities
• Automate digital design and verification tool, flow, and methodology to ensure efficient digital front-end work
• Work closely with design and verification teams to understand requirements and set of challenges, and to develop solution to improve work productivity
• Resolve design and verification tool, flow, and methodology including simulation and integration issues in the early design cycle
• Participate actively in debugging, root causing, and troubleshooting digital IP development and integration
• Collaborate with EDA tool vendors and IP providers to explore IP solutions, gather IP requirements, and drive IP improvements to ensure bug-free IP deliverable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development through design cycle
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
• BSEE (or equivalent) with 6+ years of related professional experience
• Working knowledge of digital front-end tool, flow, and methodology
• Working knowledge of digital EDA software and tools, preferred in digital simulation and signoff verification
• Experience with early bring up and integration of third-party design and verification IP
• Experience in object-oriented SW development, preferred in Perl or Python
• Experience working effectively with both internal and external teams, vendors, and customers
• Excellent complex problem solving, debugging, and brainstorming skills with persistence to deal with high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $114,428 - $212,510 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
