Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a new Consumer Fraud Risk Product Manager. You will work closely with fellow product managers, data scientists, business partners, and engineers to develop person-to-person (P2P) risk products that would prevent fraud at PayPal and Venmo. You will help make sure our platforms are safe to use, while also making them more engaging and intuitive.
Job Description:
Your day to day
• Building and executing on the product roadmap to create value and remove barriers for customers
• Partnering with data scientists, engineering teams, program managers, operations teams, business leaders, and more to build features collaboratively and inclusively
• Identifying goals and metrics to drive prioritization and timely delivery of products and experiments
• Working closely with development teams in an agile environment
A successful candidate will have background in launching software or services, technical background or experience driving technical products, and a passion for great customer-centric online products.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of technical product experience or equivalent, owning and driving end-to-end product requirements
• Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact
• Background in launching software or technical services or Risk management
• Experience in an agile development environment
• Experience in Fintech, payments, retail, financial services industry, or similar
• Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and leaders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong analytical abilities, including using BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-driven hypotheses
• Fraud, Risk, Identity, or Account Protection background
• Experience in customer research

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $72700 to $176000
