Tock is looking for an experienced Director of Sales Operations to join our Sales team. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Sales and partner with finance and marketing leadership to develop and track revenue forecasting, team performance, and KPIs to promote visibility across the organization. You will be the primary contact for the sales organization for process and data related questions.
This is a hybrid role working out of our Chicago office three days per week.
You'll Get To...
- Lead Sales Operations, providing guidance to enhance team performance
- Lead the development of new initiatives for the sales team focused on enhancing salesperson productivity and reducing customer acquisition costs
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue including making recommendations and suggestions on go-to-market strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve our operational efficiencies and, implement improvements, and align the business.
- Oversee the implementation of, and help develop our tech stack, including gathering requirements, monitoring data hygiene, and implementing and documenting solutions to meet our needs
- Manage sales collateral for access by sales reps
- Promote communication best practices for sales and sales support
- Maintain data integrity within sales systems, including Salesforce CRM, and ensure data compliance, cleanliness and governance
- Develop reporting (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) and dashboards for the sales organization that focus on improving efficiency, and productivity
- Conduct detailed analysis and communicate results through written and verbal channels.
- Run monthly sales representative commission reports
- Work with the Sales leadership team and colleagues to improve accurate business planning and territory management, pipeline forecasting, and methodology adoption to track sales results with periodic metrics/KPI reporting and insights
- Develop and implement processes to improve pipeline efficiency and management. This includes working with the Field Ops and Sales leadership to improve sales pipeline reporting and deal hygiene, and the Strategy and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans
- Collaborate with Tock leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Account Management, to ensure cohesion in overall business strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead management processes, metrics and policies
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field ideal
- 5-7+ years of relevant Sales Operations work experience with field or outbound sales reps within the SaaS industry
- Experience with Salesforce pipeline management and reporting
- Experience with the Outreach.io suite (Commit, Kaia)
- 5+ years experience analyzing data and presenting results
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, proficiency with Google suite, and experience with SQL and Looker ideal
- Experience designing Revenue Performance Insights, Sales coverage modeling, Sales productivity, revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
- Understanding of the current B2B SaaS environment and common pipeline generation techniques and strategies used within this environment

Cash Compensation Range: $160,000 - $257,600 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Tock employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
