What You'll Do
As a North America MBA Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager, you will be part of leading and driving BCG’s MBA hiring. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will develop and drive innovative programs, partnerships, and tactics to support BCG’s MBA hiring aspirations and attract top talent. You will work with senior leadership across Talent Acquisition to identify, implement, and activate the consultant campus strategy and to partner with key MBA campuses. You will likely work with a mix of individual schools and on the central MBA team, supporting strategy and operations across each. You will be a people manager as well as a key leader on the MBA Talent Acquisition Team.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Developing a comprehensive strategy, both for individual schools and for the broader MBA team: Utilizing deep understanding of target talent segments and strong strategy and analytical skills to identify the areas of greatest opportunity and set a roadmap to meet future growth aspirations
• Leading, coaching, managing, and developing members of the MBA campus school team
• Monitoring the competitive environment; innovating and developing creative ideas to strengthen BCG’s competitive position as the employer of choice for top talent
• Translating a Talent Acquisition strategy and vision into action and impact; leading both individual schools and overall recruiting processes and logistics; collaborating closely with Campus and Office hiring teams to plan and execute recruiting events and high-priority candidate engagement processes
• Engaging senior leaders and stakeholders across BCG, with skills in effective communication, persuasion, and influence; working collaboratively with colleagues in a highly supportive and non-hierarchical environment; modelling inclusive leadership and allyship in action and communication
• Integrating the tenants of diversity and inclusion into all efforts
You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Functional expertise in Talent Acquisition, including experience in leading large processes, programs or teams or prior experience as a BCG Consultant and Project Leader
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and lead change initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to balance qualitative and big picture impact alongside quantitative analysis
• Strong organizational and process management skills; comfort managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing within a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment
• Experience engaging and partnering with senior executives; comfort engaging with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization
• Outstanding written and verbal communications, influence, and persuasion
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with collaborative tools such as Slack and Trello a plus
• Experience with DEI best practices and demonstrated cultural/identity adeptness
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Director of MBA Talent Acquisition, working closely with the Campus Consultant Senior Director, the Talent Acquisition Executive Director, and the Managing Director & Senior Partner for Talent. You will partner directly with other leaders on the MBA Talent Acquisition Team on central MBA Strategy & Operations. You will also collaborate with the TA leaders of Digital, Associate, ADC, Operations, Analytics, Diversity, and Marketing to drive BCG’s overall Talent Acquisition agenda and operations. You will work with TA leaders of System and Offices to manage MBA recruiting across North America.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
