HubSpot is looking for a Sales Strategy Senior Analyst to support HubSpot’s Global Insights & Reporting [GIR] team. The Sales Strategy mission at HubSpot is to enable data-backed decisions that drive growth and productivity. This role will work directly with the sales leaders of these teams to define the go-to-market strategy and help grow a world-class Sales organization.
You will report to a Sr Analytics Manager and will help define strategic choices, build models & dashboards, design performance targets & indicators, and be a partner to our Data & Analytics, GTM Planning, and Sales Strategy teams. The focus of this work will be to develop centralized models/reporting/toolsets that will be used by our Global Sales & Sales Strategy teams to drive growth and productivity. The GIR team offers abundant opportunities to work on large scale, analytically creative projects with high visibility to Sr Leaders at HubSpot.
