Intuit’s ProTax Group (PTG) develops and brings to market the products that Accountants use to deliver value to tax clients and small businesses. You will be part of the Marketing Operations team that plays a critical role in ensuring that we have the systems, data, and processes in place to market, sell, fulfill, license, bill and renew our products. As a member of this small but mighty team, you will have the opportunity to partner with the rest of the marketing department, finance, sales, care, product management, and program management in the ProTax Group, as well as enterprise teams such as monetization services and offering design to drive revenue and customer delight through operational excellence and innovation.
What you'll bring
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, production support, process improvement, order management, data analytics or technical project management
• B.S. / B.A. or equivalent in related field
• Business Analysis: Experience in requirements development, use cases, testing, troubleshooting, problem solving, working across business and engineering. Ability to understand and communicate the end-to-end impact of initiatives.
• Process Design and Improvement: Experience defining processes and driving continuous improvement to build capacity and delight customers. Experience applying design thinking (D4D).
• Project/Process Management: Experience developing and managing objectives, tasks/schedule, resources, stakeholder op mechs, change management and communications, issues/risks, outcomes for small scale projects.
• Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to business and technical audiences.
• Self-starter who can uncover problems that need to be solved
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, switch priorities
• Organized and detail oriented
• Highly skilled in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries a plus
• Familiarity with Intuit item setup terminology and tools a plus
• Experience working with Siebel and/or Salesforce.com CRM platforms preferred
• Ideal candidate would have knowledge of Intuit ProTax Group products, systems, services, and processes.

How you will lead
• Partner with business and technical teams to help drive the implementation of strategic business systems and marketing initiatives.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into clearly written business requirements.
• Help determine the right technology solutions and configurations to fit the business requirements.
• Analyze data sets to identify and resolve issues that would cause workflows to fail or produce inaccurate results.
• Identify and propose opportunities for improvement and automation within a specific functional area.
• Partner with technical teams to execute and validate system workflows.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure solutions work end to end to meet the needs of all our stakeholders, internal and external.
• Operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple small projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Creating promotion and pricing entitlement requests
• Managing reconciliations for third-party billing and license compliance
• Driving billing reminders and annual billing activities
• Executing annual renewal processes
• Helping to design and implement Go To Market and commerce system improvements
