Job Description
As a Helpdesk Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various helpdesk and technical support roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for helpdesk and technical support positions, including technical skills, communication abilities, and customer service experience.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job criteria, focusing on relevant experience, technical skills, certifications, and educational background.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from interviewers, and facilitating any additional assessments or background checks required.
• Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and providing necessary resources for success in their roles.
• Maintain candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems or other recruitment software.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Staffing agency experience is a must have
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in helpdesk recruitment capacity.
• Strong understanding of helpdesk support roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
Additional Information
• This is an onsite position in our NYC office, candidate is expected to be 5 days a week in office
• Gross Salary Range for this role is $ 50,000 - $75,000
