Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for key accounts customers as well as channel partners’ customers.
• Assist the sales team to carry out pre-sales promotion, customer training, demo board building, technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop, etc.
• Work closely with Product Marketing and related Business Units to provide update, feedback or information in the respective specialties’ areas
• Establish strong relationship with key engineers in customers’ organization by providing excellent technical support and personalize communication
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and greater than 5 years of industry experience
• Strong embedded systems programming using C/C++
• Experience with wireless communication protocols (BLE, BLE Mesh, Zigbee, OpenThread, Proprietary wireless, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi)
• Knowledge of software programming tools (IDEs, programmers, debuggers)
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug software, electronic systems, circuits, and devices
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks within the same day
• Proficiency with developing organized firmware for 32-bit ARM Cortex MCU’s and/or wireless communication protocols
• Ability to independently learn new technologies to build and grow skills across MCU and Wireless technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
• Experience with embedded OS environments such as FreeRTOS, or MicriumOS/µCOS
• Experience with scripting languages (such as Python)
• Experience in PCB schematic review
• Experience using electronics laboratory equipment and measurement techniques

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $99,456 - $184,704 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
