Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced Marketing and Social Medial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal and written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing communications, advertising initiatives and social media platforms. Lead the development of successful marketing strategy to effectively increase name awareness and drive sales for the entire organization, using market research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations, to ensure the organization’s message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences, both inside our organization and outside.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and other marketing projects
• Coordinate with our related companies to augment internal sales
• Augment and maintain our social media presence.
• Create marketing pieces including light graphic design work
• Help to create PowerPoint presentations
• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
• Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning and pricing.
• Contribute to new business development initiatives.
• Identify and create opportunities for company salespeople
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or related training
• 4 + years of well-rounded marketing experience
