Brand Marketing Coordinator I Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Manager of Brand Marketing, this individual will support campaigns and programs that drive brand awareness and advocacy for AvidXchange.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with multiple teams at AvidXchange, including Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, Content Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital, and Marketing Operations. Our ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for executing with excellence. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make an impact, bringing a “roll up your sleeves” mentality to get the job done with a cross-functional team.
Job Responsibilities
• Partner closely with the Manager of Brand Marketing to regularly review and refresh our top-of-funnel digital ad campaigns.
• Lead the day-to-day management of our customer advocacy program by recruiting new members, leveraging members for insights, and creating opportunities for members to position AvidXchange as a thought leader.
• Support internal teams in their customer advocacy needs such as fulfilling customer reference requests, managing a customer quote database, as well as owning the approval process to utilize customer names and likenesses in marketing materials.
• Coordinate customer advocate speaking opportunities at webinars and key events, as well as media and analyst interviews.
• Drive positive customer reviews on external review sites.
• Act as a champion of our brand across the organization.
Job Education, Qualifications, And Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Collaborative team player with experience working with cross-functional departments
• Effective communicator with the ability to convey ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
• Ability to assemble presentations and reports by analyzing data to make informed business decisions
• Proactive teammate who enjoys identifying ways to improve existing processes and increase operational efficiencies
• Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate skills in MS Suite (PPT, Word, Excel)
• 3+ years of marketing experience in brand management, brand advocacy, or customer marketing is strongly preferred
• Experience managing digital ad campaigns is strongly preferred
• Exposure to a CRM platform such as Salesforce is a plus
