About The Role
Uber Advertising is looking for a Program Manager to lead efforts across Ad Operations to drive operational excellence across processes, tools, and services that impact Operations, Sales, and Uber Advertisers. This individual will build scalable processes and mechanisms with up and downstream partners in order to deliver operational simplification of products and processes. As our ad products evolve, the program manager's core function is to ensure features and products are operationally ready prior to launch and all internal teams are systematically equipped to support advertisers to be successful with our products.
What You'll Do
• Review current processes and highlight bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Identify gaps in business processes and drive process improvements to streamline processes.
• Establish efficient and effective engagement models to lead teams and collaborators through deadlines and deliverables. Be the source of truth for accurate timelines and updates.
• Drive clarity and transparency and effectively communicate landmarks and action items.
• Work cross functionally with business partners to drive shared goals and gain investment prioritization alignment
• Establish processes for supervising metrics and cadence for review
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with your primary partners across Ops, Sales, Business Tech, Engineering, and Product
Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of work experience with process/product improvements and business analysis
• Strong program management and analytical skills, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and have the ability to effectively influence and connect with global cross functional team members
• Proven track record working with team members to craft scalable processes, implement strategic projects that tackle business problems, with focus on continuous improvement
• Experience planning, scheduling, implementing projects in a fast paced, change-oriented environment
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels, including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience crafting executive-ready materials
• Sophisticated skills in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides
• Masters degree is a plus, but not required, preference for degrees in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, and other quantitative fields
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
