Job Description
Our Global Field Sales team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to manage our Enterprise Sales Teams based in the US. In this role, you will:
• Lead and direct a team of Senior Sales Managers both inbound & field sales, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to align with company objectives and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to define sales strategies, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, leveraging these connections to drive sales opportunities and expand market reach.
• Oversee the sales process from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, increase efficiency, and maximize revenue potential.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and foster strategic partnerships.
