Job Title: Employee Relations Workplace Investigator
Duties:
• Manage ER issues that are highly sensitive and often need to be completed with limited time such as: workplace investigations, threat assessments, performance management, meaningful interventions, and coaching.
• You will support dedicated ER Programs that improve the employee and manager experience
• You will collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partner teams, and HR Centers of Excellence to create and maintain positive ER interactions using standard methodologies and metrics.
• You will partner with others to engage in continuous improvement in communication vehicles and practices.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years’ of experience in Investigating - Employee Relations with mid to large size companies
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Extensive years of ER Investigations experience, i.e. debriefings, report writing
• Employee Relations
• Well versed in HR software, i.e., HR Acuity and Workday
• Must be able to work independently and balance workload
• Strong report writing & presentation skills
• Critical Thinking
• Legal background is a plus
• Open to Remote anywhere in the US

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $45.00/hour - $60.00/hour W-2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). Duration of Contract: 4-months (04/29/2024 to 09/06/2024). This position will be remote (San Jose, CA 95128). Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8 hours/day – 40 hours/week.
