The Opportunity
The Digital Analyst - CX will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing digital behaviors, developing dashboards, and providing analytical insights to internal collaborators. In the role, the candidate will establish close working relationships, work with digital product owners and other teams to create dashboards, data visualizations and digital performance reports. This role is dynamic, challenging and requires a combination of technical, analytical, and business skills, data visualization and creativity, and excellent communication skills.
An ideal candidate will feel comfortable working with data, learning new technologies, and collaborating with others to tackle business problems. You’ll have opportunities to explore new tools to enrich the analytics process, and we expect team members to advance their skills as they mature on the team. Ultimately, we want a candidate that finds excitement when they’re in the data and discovering insights that haven’t been communicated before.
The Work Itself
• Responsible for owning the design, building and maintenance of reports based on business requirements.
• Perform analysis to address business questions, issues and opportunities.
• Capture business requirements for data collection to provide implementation guidance to technical team.
• Maintain documentation of all developed reports, metrics, and dashboards related to backend database table management, database table relationships, calculations, queries, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Manipulate and manage data that is typically very large, possibly unstructured, and from multiple sources.
• Heavier emphasis on business partnering and subject matter expertise in not only data but how the business operates.
• Participate in Ally Analytics community to strengthen core capabilities and promote analytics culture.
Skills
The Skills You Bring
• 1+ years of analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Understanding of tag management systems for digital data collection.
• Strong database/SQL skills required.
• Experience developing reports in PowerBi or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
