The target compensation range for this position is $70K - $80K OTE/annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.

The Sales Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of Sales Representatives. They will motivate, train and evaluate the Sales Representatives and ensure that their responsibilities are performed in a timely and accurate manner with a focus on increasing sales, call activity and other Key Performance Indicators as well as continuous improvement in departmental process.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
• Oversee and monitor daily activities of Sales reps.
• Monitor calls and provide appropriate level of coaching and counseling as appropriate.
• Communicate and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes and actions.
• Recruit, hire and provide coaching and development to team members.
• Responsible for ensuring the team’s monthly sales goals are met.
• Learn and coach to full product suite.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly goals for team and drives accountability down to sales team.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
• 2+ years telesales experience with a track record of achievement of sales goals and quotas
• 2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience in an outbound environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Working knowledge of standard web technologies (servers, domains, email and ftp)
• Working knowledge of systems and processes within Newfold Outbound Sales
• High level of integrity
