Iβm a lead software engineer building iOS mobile apps. I got my bonus numbers and itβs the smallest bonus I have ever received. < $5000. Even my manager made a comment that it was small. When I started at the company they told me bonuses are company performance based but out company has done extremely well over the past two years. I feel like Iβm getting taken advantage of.
So Iβm starting my search for my next role. I love the work I do but I know Iβm underpaid and π₯ bonuses arenβt going to fix that. I work on large scaled agile development teams. Managing everything from the GitHub to App Store releases as well as mentoring and leading junior team members. Iβm looking for any advice or leads on iOS roles.
TC: 110k + π₯ bonus
