How is your Mental Health at the moment compared to pre-Covid 19? In general...
I'm loosing it about every other hour. 👍
How come? Whats your situation and reasons?
Struggling with motivation. Been pushing off work and maintaining connection with people.
I was in a bad place for a few months. I took time off work and went to see my family. It took about 2 months but it helped a lot.
better only bc I was moderately depressed right before covid LOL
No more “influence-based leaders” walking over to my desk and interrupting me trying to get me to do their work. I’ve been so productive! I smoke meat during the day and eat like a king at night. Heaven. Hope I never go back.
To be happy one needs good quality sex and engagement at work. Both got way worse since covid.
Been missing the first part my entire life, no wonder I'm never happy.
When you start at rock bottom, it can’t get worse.
It can.
You don't know what's best/worst part of your life, simply because you can't predict future.
I'm on the verge of losing my mind and quitting my job. Hate everything about it but I have no choice so I keep putting up with it.
I think about sending my resignation email at least 3 times/day, even on weekends.
cK and Fumbler: how come? What is the situation at work for you guys?
