Wtf is going on. Glassdoor reviews are wild. Was following this company for a while but it looks like a dumpster fire and product hasn’t changed in 3 years
Sinking ship. Look elsewhere.
Yeah they’re in a real tough spot. Lots of followers, not innovators an they’ve let go of good talent looking to solve the difficult problems and acknowledge our issues. Rather turn a blind eye. Lots of yes men in comfy places, lack of original thinking and problem solving ability to actually critically tackle problems. And the product team can’t build anything after a couple of years of stalled development. Still an opportunity if they can figure out a good enough design tool in studio and start to claw back people into their workflow. This will be a long game and they’ve got enough revenue to keep paying some significant costs for a while - especially as they’re cutting them at the minute to become leaner.
How big was the cut?
Have heard from friends that it’s a wild environment. Lots of shifting priorities and “startup vibe” with thousands of employees. Specific line I heard was “it works for some people.” If you think about their space, it’s exceptionally competitive and they’ve taken on a ton of VC to try and out-grow everyone.
Everything you said is correct except for the “thousands employees”, we’re less than 700 now.
